At Hadiscents, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our fragrances. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a defective item

• You received the wrong product

Return Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos or video showing the issue

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Products showing signs of use, tampering, or missing packaging will not be eligible
